以90度折彎來說,折彎後的外R角約為板厚的1.2倍,舉例:以1mm板厚,折彎90度,內R角可達到幾近0R,外R角則會落在1.2R。

為何會有沖壓斷面?
沖壓下料為擠壓切斷,故會有沖壓斷面產生,一般來說,板厚越厚沖壓斷面越明顯。

為何沖壓會有毛邊產生?
毛邊為沖壓剪斷後留下來的產物,任何料厚經過沖壓剪斷都會產生正常毛邊,原則上以板後為基準,板厚越厚,毛邊高度越高。毛邊處理方式可透過模具處理、震動研磨、電鍍烤漆等方式處理毛邊,此則依客戶需求及考量應對之。

- SKD11: 模具鋼料,俗稱紫牌,常用於公模、母模、脫料板及沖頭,常見的模具鋼料,一般沖壓金屬模具常用的材質,熱處理硬度可達HRC 58~59度。
- SLD: 模具鋼料,常用於公模、母模、脫料板及沖頭,比SKD11在高一階的模具鋼料,適用於沖切不繡鋼厚板材,韌性較SKD11好,熱處理硬度可達HRC 58~60度
- DC 53: 模具鋼料,常用於公模、母模、脫料板及沖頭,與SLD屬同階的模具鋼料,適用於沖切不繡鋼厚板材,熱處理硬度可達HRC 58~60度,熱處理需掌控好才能發揮其特質。
